How Our Training Works
Phase 1 - Get Set Up (Like a Real IT Hire)
We onboard you the way real IT teams onboard new staff. You get secure VPN access to our hybrid environment, your own Windows and Linux systems, then we walk you through the tools used by real IT teams.
From day one, you log in and start working. You configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and remediate real problems.
Phase 2 - Learn by Doing
You start working real tickets inside a live IT environment, handling issues like account lockouts, permission problems, DNS failures, and network troubleshooting. You’ll also fix broken services, investigate system errors, review logs, and remediate real security misconfigurations.
This phase builds the habits employers want. You learn how to troubleshoot without guessing, document professionally, and communicate like a real IT technician.
Phase 3 - Get Comfortable in an Enterprise Environment
Now you level up from “basic IT” into real systems confidence. You’ll work through system hardening, patching, and baseline compliance, the same responsibilities real IT teams handle every week.
You’ll develop identity and access security habits that matter in real environments, while learning automation techniques that improve speed, consistency, and operational efficiency. You’ll also practice enterprise change requests and incident simulations, including escalation-style workflows that mirror real IT support and operations teams.
This phase is what separates students who know commands from professionals who can support production systems.
Phase 4 - Become Job-Ready
Every ticket you complete becomes real portfolio evidence. We help you turn your work into hiring-ready proof, not just “training completed.” Your experience gets packaged the same way employers want to see it.
You’ll receive resume rewrite support, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and technical interview prep. You’ll also get a job search strategy tailored to your track, your skill level, and the type of roles you’re targeting.
You don’t leave with just knowledge. You leave with skills, confidence, and proof employers can verify.
