At Quest Logic Solutions, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, hands-on training experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide clear guidelines on cancellations, refunds, and payment obligations.
1. Consultation Forms & Enrollment
By submitting any consultation, intake, or qualification form including information such as contact details, goals, challenges, and preferred communication you agree that this information may be used to assist with program placement, enrollment support, and ongoing communication.

This does not obligate you to enroll in any program.

2. Program Refunds
Because our programs grant immediate access to live environments, training resources, consultation support, and learning materials:
All sales are final once enrollment is activated.
This includes:

Program tuition

Payment plans
-
Down payments
-
One-time payments
Refunds are not issued after access to the program, software, lab environment, or course materials has been granted.

3. Canceling Before Program Access
If you request to cancel before receiving access to:

The training portal
-
The lab environment
-
Slack community
-
Any course materials
You may request a cancellation review. Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.

4. Canceling a Monthly Payment Plan
If you enrolled using a monthly payment plan:

You may cancel future payments before the next billing cycle.

All previous payments are non-refundable.
-
You will immediately lose access to all course content, labs, Slack, and resources upon cancellation.
Students are responsible for all payments up to the final active billing cycle prior to cancellation.

5. Canceling a 6-Month or Paid-in-Full Plan
6-month and full-payment options receive discounted tuition.
Because these discounts are tied to program commitment:
Cancellations or refunds are not available for these plans.
Access remains active until the end of the purchased term.

6. Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

A grace period of up to 7 days may be provided.

Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program and placement of your account with a payment recovery service.
To avoid disruptions to your training, please contact us immediately if you anticipate payment issues.

7. Program Withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw after starting:

No refunds are provided for prior payments.

Access is removed at the time of withdrawal.

You will remain responsible for any outstanding balance on the selected payment plan.

8. Termination by Quest Logic Solutions
QLS reserves the right to remove students for:

Repeated misconduct
-
Breach of community policies
-
Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution of proprietary materials

Harassment or behavior that disrupts the learning environment
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
