Quest Logic Solutions (“QLS”) provides training programs designed to help learners build practical IT, cloud, and cybersecurity skills through hands-on experience and guided instruction. While we are committed to delivering high-quality training, mentorship, and support, it is important to clarify the following:

 

 

1. Educational Purposes Only

 

All training, materials, demonstrations, and instruction provided by QLS are for educational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, or professional consulting services.

 

 

2. No Guaranteed Employment

 

QLS does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, promotions, or salary increases.

We provide career support including resume refinement, interview preparation, and portfolio guidance but final employment decisions are made solely by external employers.

 

 

3. Individual Results May Vary

 

Your success in the program depends on multiple factors, including:

 

  • Your participation and engagement

  • Time spent practicing skills

  • Ability to apply concepts independently

  • Personal motivation, availability, and commitment

 

QLS cannot guarantee identical results for every student.

 

 

4. No Certification Guarantee

 

QLS prepares students for various industry certifications (CompTIA, AWS, Azure, etc.), but we do not guarantee certification exam results.

Learners are responsible for:

 

  • Scheduling certification exams

  • Meeting certification requirements

  • Paying any associated exam fees

 

 

5. Live & Virtual Environments

 

The systems, labs, and environments students interact with are simulated or controlled learning environments, not live production systems. The purpose is to provide safe, realistic practice, not access to commercial or enterprise systems.

 

 

6. Not an Accredited Institution

 

Quest Logic Solutions is not a college, university, or accredited academic institution.

Our programs are professional training courses provided by industry practitioners.

 

 

7. Technology & Internet Requirements

 

Learners are responsible for maintaining:

 

  • Reliable internet access

  • A functioning computer capable of accessing virtual labs

  • Security and software updates on their personal devices

 

QLS is not responsible for issues caused by hardware, connectivity, or personal device failures.

 

 

8. Use of Provided Materials
