Quest Logic Solutions – IT Training Programs

Welcome to Quest Logic Solutions (“QLS,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, training programs, services, digital content, and all related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in our programs or use our website.

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

To participate in any QLS program, you must:

 

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have access to a reliable computer and internet connection.

  • Provide accurate information during registration, consultation forms, or enrollment.

  • Agree to all policies referenced in these Terms (including Privacy Policy and Refund Policy).

 

 

2. Program Enrollment & Access

 

 

2.1 Enrollment

 

Enrollment is complete only after:

 

  • You submit the required consultation or intake forms.

  • You sign the program agreement(s) via DocuSign or PandaDoc.

  • Your payment or payment plan is processed and approved.

 

 

2.2 Access to Training Materials

 

Students receive access to:

 

  • Live instructor-led sessions (based on program tier)

  • Virtual labs, simulations, and environments

  • Slack community and peer channels

  • Documentation templates, SOPs, projects, and ticket scenarios

  • Career support, resume reviews, and interview preparation (as outlined in the specific track)

 

Access remains active only while tuition payments remain current.

 

 

2.3 Intellectual Property

 

All QLS content, including videos, labs, documentation, slides, assignments, templates, and proprietary systems, is owned by Quest Logic Solutions.

Students may not:

 

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content

  • Share training materials with non-students

  • Record or redistribute class sessions without permission

 

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

3. Payments & Billing

3.1 Payment Options

 

Students may pay:

 

  • Upfront

  • Through approved installment plans

  • Through long-term financing options (if applicable)

 

All prices are listed in USD.

 

 

3.2 Late Payments

 

If a payment fails:

 

  • You will be notified to update your payment method.

  • Access to training may be paused until resolved.

  • Continued non-payment may result in removal from the program.

 

 

3.3 Billing Authorization

 

By enrolling, you authorize QLS to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Use of Consultation & Intake Forms

 

By completing any consultation form, lead form, or qualification form, you acknowledge that QLS may:

  • Collect the information you provide

  • Use it to evaluate program fit

  • Contact you via phone, email, SMS, or messaging platforms

  • Maintain records for enrollment and compliance purposes

 

No sensitive financial information is stored directly on our website.

6. Student Expectations & Code of Conduct

 

To maintain a productive learning environment, students agree to:

 

  • Participate actively in training

  • Treat all instructors, staff, and peers with respect

  • Not engage in harassment, abuse, or misconduct

  • Use Slack channels responsibly

  • Maintain confidentiality of any team-based or project-based information

  • Avoid misuse of the virtual environment or systems

 

Violations may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

7. Technology Requirements

 

You are responsible for ensuring your system meets minimum requirements:

 

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • Updated operating system

  • Ability to run virtual machines or remote access tools

  • Headset/microphone for live sessions

 

QLS is not responsible for local technical issues on your device or network.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

 

While QLS provides training, mentorship, and career support, we do not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, or specific employment opportunities.

Success depends on each student’s:

 

  • Participation

  • Skill development

  • Commitment

  • Interview performance

  • Market conditions
     

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QLS is not liable for:

 

  • Loss of data or access due to technical failures

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Actions taken based on advice received in training

  • Downtime of virtual labs or servers

  • Third-party service outages (Slack, payment processors, email providers, etc.)

 

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to Programs or Terms

 

QLS may update programs, pricing, or Terms at any time.

Any major changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in Maryland courts.
